An international renewable energy company is looking for a Foundation Package Manager.Responsibilities:
* Implement concept designs for novel offshore wind turbine foundations in project origination and development phases
* Deliver detailed designs and ensure safe, high-quality fabrication and installation during the construction phase
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, design houses, and fabricators for cost-effective foundation designs
* Interface with geotechnical and geophysical experts to optimise designs based on local soil conditions
* Complete request for quotations with procurement for a cost-effective supply chain concept
* Ensure timely delivery of work and identify and mitigate potential delays
* Maintain high safety standards through intelligent design and risk management
* Ensure contractors adhere to safety standards, industry practices, and legislation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, ocean, naval, etc.)
* More than 10 years of professional experience
* Experience as a professional engineer or a project manager
* Prior experience in Offshore and Onshore Wind, Offshore Oil and Gas, or other large engineering infrastructure
* Proven experience in steel fabrication and offshore engineering or installation
* ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level verbal and written English; proficient in Japanese is a plus
