An international SaaS company is looking for a Chief Transformation Officer.Responsibilities:
* Engage with C-Suite executives to articulate breakthrough outcomes
* Accelerate sales cycles with strategic CXOs
* Collaborate on transformation strategy with Customer CXOs
* Enhance C-suite awareness with transformation frameworks
* Develop prospect pipelines through executive-level activities
* Provide critical feedback to engineering and field marketing teams
Requirements:
* More than 15 years of experience leading large, innovative tech organisations, achieving significant results (former C-level or VP level is ideal)
* Experience leading large-scale business transformations
* Prior experience engaging external customers, articulating product benefits, and earning trust as an advisor
* Proven experience as an industry analyst, CIO, or CTO
* Ability to lead and collaborate across internal and external teams, including engineering, sales, and partners
* Background with SaaS or PaaS and the company products is a plus
* Prior background in advising executives or CXOs is preferred
