An international electric company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead sales process from hunting to closing, contributing to client engagement and business development
* Prospect, develop, and maintain business network, leading proposals and customer negotiations
* Ensure client awareness and benefit from service offerings, manage complex situations, and provide value
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create competitive offers, ensure project margins, and support implementation
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects effectively
* Implement market eminence strategy to enhance brand reputation and attract deals
* Understand sustainability topics, lead initiatives supporting clients' journeys
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of professional experience
* More than 3 years of experience in the sustainability or climate change consulting field
* Experience in sustainability or climate change consulting
* Understanding of decarbonisation, ESG, and sustainability
* Prior sales and commercial-oriented experience is ideal
* Advanced level English and Japanese
