An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Program Head.Responsibilities:
* Recommend development strategy to Global Program Team (GPT) or Global Brand Team (GBT)
* Encourage and negotiate integration of program strategy into Global Program or brand strategy
* Maximise project portfolio in the assigned therapeutic area, ensuring global alignment
* Manage programs, consolidating and representing team's position to GPT or GBT
* Set up, drive, and monitor assigned programs, leading the team and collaborating with GPT
* Coach team members, ensuring operational delivery of programs
* Ensure quality accountability, reporting events, and delivering timely training requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in life science
* More than 5 years of experience in the development of pharmaceutical products
* Experience in international drug development
* Prior experience in meeting personal or team objectives
* Understanding of drug development, portfolio management, or marketing
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
