An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Director of Regional Search & Evaluation.Responsibilities:
* Execute strategies for business development and licensing within the S&G organisation
* Assist in defining commercial priorities for the Regional S&E
* Scout for creative deals and present to the global S&E team
* Lead execution of finding activities and align with strategic targets
* Co-lead due diligence, build a network of contacts, and oversee partnership evaluation at multiple levels
* Manage stakeholders, present to internal leadership teams, and drive internal consensus on opportunities
* Support the formal governance process for approval of deal opportunities and adhere to the internal BD&L review process
* Present opportunities to appropriate deal committee and champion approval of negotiation and execution mandates
* Foster collaboration throughout the organisation to align regional commercial interests
Requirements:
* Experience in critical negotiations
* Prior experience managing crises
* Proven people leadership experience
* Proficient in English (TOEFL 100+ and TOEIC 900+) and Japanese
