An international machinery manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:
* Keep accounting records accurate and organised
* Supervise local financial control, testing, and reporting obligations
* Handle all local tax filing and reporting following local laws
* Cultivate effective relationships with banks
* Ensure legitimate and appropriately authorised cash disbursement
* Monitor receivables promptly and comprehensively, setting acceptable customer credit limits
* Assist product line management and ensure correct accounting practices
* Report and invoice sales, including rebates, warranties, and promotions, promptly and accurately
* Administer efficient information systems and provide support for internal audits
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in accounting
* Experience coordinating with external auditors
* Prior experience in financial reporting within the sales and distribution business sector.
* Understanding of Japanese accounting principles and reporting requirements
* Fluent level reading, written, and verbal English
