An international business services company is looking for an AWS Data Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve technical issues and incidents related to AWS services
* Provide workarounds or solutions, collaborating with other teams for complex problems
* Communicate with customers, ensuring timely and accurate updates on support requests
* Identify areas for service improvement, collaborating on changes for better customer experience
* Manage incidents, ensuring resolution within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
* Share technical knowledge and expertise with team members
* Ensure cloud infrastructure components meet performance and capacity standards
Requirements:
* Experience in Redshift, S3, Lambda, VPC, EC2, ELB, IAM
* Possess valid AWS certification is preferred
* Proficient in Japanese and English
