An international industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Implement and repair X-Ray inspection systems on-site
* Conduct preventive maintenance on X-Ray systems
* Deliver system training to customers on maintenance, operation, and programming
* Supervise customer and contractor personnel as needed
* Execute and submit weekly job-related paperwork
* Update supervisor or customer service reps daily on job-related progress and schedule
* Take ownership of personal improvement and identify training needs
* Optimise downtime for customer phone support, service or PM contract follow-up, and internal project support
* Spot equipment design and software improvements/bugs and report to engineering/customer service
* Maintain a clean and professional attitude and appearance
Requirements:
* 2-year technical degree or above
* More than 2 years of experience with troubleshooting electronic equipment
* Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Knowledge of fundamental electronic principles
* Familiarity with basic 3-phase and single-phase power systems and components
* Understanding of PLC logic and motion control systems
* Excellent PC skills (Windows)
* Ability and willingness to travel
