An international technology company is searching for a Treasury Manager.Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing ongoing capital requirements from existing sources
* Interface with existing and potential investors for any capital upsizes and new debt raisings
* Support Treasurer in managing all aspects of a new financing process
* Review monthly cash requirements and utilisation requests within existing debt facilities
* Ensure ongoing compliance with cash management, reserve, and waterfall provisions
* Maintain monthly and quarterly interest and commitment fee calculations, MTM, and payment of interest and swaps
* Ensure ongoing compliance with key reporting and financial undertakings
* Assist Treasurer with implementation and ongoing management of local interest and FX hedging requirements
* Interface with and manage local and offshore investor and agent relationships
* Support global Treasury team in the ongoing review and planning of appropriate capital structures
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of institutional or corporate banking experience and understanding of credit risk
* Prior debt origination and structuring experience (relevant non-recourse property finance or infrastructure project finance is a plus)
* Understanding of local and international debt markets and practices (loan syndication experience is ideal)
* Familiarity with structured debt documentation
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
