An international manufacturing company is looking for a Channel Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate forecasts and maintain partner satisfaction
* Define and implement channel strategy, selecting partners
* Lead negotiation and execution of distribution agreements
* Set strategic direction and plans with partners
* Coordinate with sales team to meet partner needs
* Resolve account-related issues and conflicts
* Interpret industry trends and customer requirements
* Identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and incentives
* Cultivate customer relationships and negotiate contract
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience with commercial strategy creation and execution in the healthcare industry
* Experience engaging with executive levels of organisations
* Knowledge of Salesforce and similar tools, or data visualization platforms (Power BI or Spotfire)
* Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
