An international luxury fashion brand is searching for a C&B Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Streamline and improve payroll operations alongside team members and payroll vendor
* Manage bonus payment and salary review processes
* Oversee workforce administration (recruitment, transfers, exits, post-employment, etc.)
* Administer Expats benefits
* Handle headcount reporting and calculate people costs
* Revise and formulate office regulations
* Address internal and external audit requirements
* Administrate company pension plans including global pension schemes
* Upgrade and maintain payroll-related systems
* Conduct salary surveys
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in payroll (1,000+ employees) and C&B area including expats' benefits
* Practical experience in people management
* Prior "Workday" (HRIS) experience
* Deep knowledge of HR concepts, best practices, and procedures
* Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables and charts)
* Previous work experience in retail industry is a plus
* Business level English
