Leveraging and analyzing customer data, this role will enhance customer engagement, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience across all platforms.[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]
* Comprehensive development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty across different customer segments and sectors.
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences and behaviors from which communications strategies and interactions can be optimized for maximum impact.
* High-level collaborations with vraious internal teams and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing and digital commerce to align CRM strategies with business goals.
* Managing CRM campaigns from creation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
* Optimizing customer journey to identify and enhance important touchpoints.
