An international chemical manufacturer is looking for a Head of Applied Research and Technology. The successful individual will align with strategic objectives, provide technical support and develop new applications.
仕事内容
An international chemical manufacturer is looking for a Head of Applied Research and Technology.
Responsibilities:

* Contribute to innovation goals, lead sustainable product development
* Offer excellent support to global keys and strategic accounts
* Support strategic digitalization projects
* Expand the network of experts, leverage expertise across segments
* Manage and optimize BL-CAD labs for business growth
* Lead and develop a domestic technical team, facilitate communication
* Clarify work priorities and improve efficiency



Requirements:

* Master's degree or above in chemistry (Polymer science or organic chemistry is a plus)
* More than 5 years of experience in the coating industry or related raw material industry
* Ability to manage a team
* Experience in technical service is a plus
* Knowledge of building and managing strategic partnerships with key accounts is ideal
* Proficient in Japanese and English
