An international consumer goods company is looking for a Strategy Manager.Responsibilities:
* Shape and articulate a compelling strategic narrative
* Run and facilitate the strategic planning process
* Identify key strategic projects and initiatives
* Coordinate program architecture for strategy delivery
* Design optimal tracking methodology for execution progress
* Develop insights on long-range plan drivers
* Support the generation of competitive intelligence
* Lead and develop team competencies
* Develop direct reports for functional growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, business economics, marketing, or statistics
* 8-10 years of experience in strategy roles (management or senior management tenure in top strategy consulting firms is a plus)
* Experience leading strategy, projects, and company-wide transformation in dynamic consumer industries (fast moving, durable consumer goods, retail, pharm, etc.)
* Fluent level Japanese and English
