A multinational most prestigious automobiles manufacturer is looking for a Consolidation Foundation and Support SM - Global Accounting.Responsibilities:
* Maintain and support company consolidated financial reporting operations, including consolidated financial system
* Assess appropriateness of consolidation scope, COA, code block, etc.
* Conduct Company Establishment Committee meetings, research companies to determine appropriate consolidation methods and treatments
* Work on projects related to enhanced data governance for subsidiaries/affiliates
* Determine financial statement impact of accounting transactions
* Assist companies in adopting company reporting and submission standards
* Motivate and manage a team of four professionals
* Plan and evaluate department activities
* Provide guidance and assignments to team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting
* More than 8 years of work experience in a large multinational company
* Practical experience in management experience
* Strong accounting knowledge
* Prior industry experience or in public accounting firm is ideal
* Possess a valid MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
* Business level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
