An international financial services company is looking for an HRBP.Responsibilities:
* Assess HR needs and prioritise interventions
* Foster strong relationships with country leadership and functions
* Stay updated on business issues and provide proactive service
* Manage staff assessment and development processes
* Support annual compensation reviews and job matching
* Identify and report trends in business and market
* Provide advice on employment law and labor requirements
* Handle performance and disciplinary issues
* Support employee engagement surveys and action planning
* Analyse survey results and collaborate on action plans
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (HR is ideal)
* 8-10 years of experience in HR (asset management or financial services firm is preferred)
* Experience in remuneration and appraisal systems and procedures
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Understanding of Japan labour law and local market
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Fluent level reading, verbal, and written Japanese and English
