A global electronic solution provider is looking for a Sales Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and quantify all opportunities within region and lead sales efforts
* Provide pre-sales technical support for assigned products
* Offer field support on post-sales issues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
* Develop and strengthen customer and partner relationships
* Create and deliver accurate sales presentations and proposals to end-users and partners
* Engage with clients and partners regarding product changes, upgrades, and innovations
* Provide feedback and marketing intelligence to the sales and product marketing teams
* Participate and represent company at relevant user conferences and trade shows
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in management information system, computing, or same field
* More than 5 years of technical experience in IT industry
* More than 2 years of a customer facing role experience
* Understanding of solution integration and application development
* Knowledge of authentication and authorisation concepts
* Practical experience with MFA, IGA, IAM, CIAM and PAM solutions is ideal
* Prior experience with CIAM and API-based design/deployment is a plus
* Experience with SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID, or general networking technologies (HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, RADIUS, Firewall, Proxy, etc.) is desired
* Familiarity on MS AD on-premises, Azure AD, LDAP, Single sign on (SSO), or Federated Identities and database technologies is preferred
* Background with and certificate-based authentication, or Cryptographic APIs like PKCS#11, MS CAPI/CNG is an advantage
* Ability and willingness to travel within Japan
* Possess valid security or professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) is a plus
