A global payment service provider is searching to fill an Operation Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Support client onboarding for smooth service initiation from contract to order placement.
* Sustain inventory levels for stock items with varying lead times
* Update merchant information in the order management system
* Oversee outsourced call-centre operations and provide L2 support for escalated cases
* Enhance FAQ resources and user guides to reduce unnecessary user inquiries
* Lead various customer-centric projects encompassing NPS, system roadmap, etc.
* Establish and oversee KPIs for customer experience and operational efficiencies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of related experience
* Practical experience in managing several projects simultaneously on complex topics
* Prior payment and card industry experience is ideal
* Understanding of legal and regulation of payment is a plus
* Fluent level English
