An international financial firm is looking for a Head of Corporate Services.Responsibilities:
* Drive real estate initiatives for business enablement across diverse areas
* Focus on continuous learning in ESG or sustainable operations
* Engage with regulators to understand and comply with requirements
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders for service alignment
* Reassess operational risks in response to various factors
* Align actions with key principles and processes
* Lead the corporate services market team
* Take direct ownership of core delivery targets in the market
Requirements:
* Experience leading and driving change
* Background in developing trusted adviser status with key stakeholders
* Prior experience in corporate services is preferred
* Proven experience in a global matrixed organisation is a plus
* Understanding of ESG or sustainable operations
* Fluent level English and Japanese is ideal
