An international cosmetics company is looking to fill an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted partner to management on HR-related issues
* Develop and implement HR strategies and programs with guidance
* Use information to recommend policy solutions aligned with HR strategy
* Foster a trusted working relationship with mid-level leaders
* Identify trends and issues, involving appropriate resources for solutions
* Participate in people management activities, partnering with the business
* Contribute to defining clear roles, responsibilities, and streamlined HR processes
* Promote effective use of people management practices and systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant domain
* More than 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner
* Knowledge of HR processes and practices
* Understanding of local employment and labour laws
* Experience in OD or talent development is preferred
* Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
