An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive digital brand planning and tactical execution
* Activate relevant online channels and communities
* Co-create and adapt digital campaign materials for brand and sales teams
* Ensure compliance with policies
* Evaluate digital marketing activities and report on campaign performance
* Engage with the global digital center of excellence for feedback and strategy development
* Understand customers' experience, preferred channels, and needs
* Recommend improvement opportunities and enhance the customer journey
* Optimise internal processes for an omnichannel customer experience
* Measure customer satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing-related domain
* 2-3 years of experience in a market or regional digital role
* Experience in digital marketing
* Prior experience in digital projects
* Proven experience in planning, executing, and measuring omnichannel marketing projects
* Background in marketing analytics
* Proficient in marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Proficient in written and verbal English
