An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Total Rewards Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage design and delivery of rewards programs and initiatives
* Engage with business HR and leaders to develop reward solutions
* Provide counsel and communication on rewards programs
* Administer annual rewards planning process
* Maintain relationships with rewards practitioners and consultants
* Lead roll out and administration of rewards programs
* Provide technical support for rewards programs
* Lead employee benefits reviews and renewals
* Serve as project manager for rewards projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 6 years of experience in total rewards and compensation and benefits
* Experience in program and project management
* Prior experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
* Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
* Proven experience of Reward Survey methodologies is ideal
* Background in a large, matrixed multinational company is preferred
* Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
