An M&A Director position is now available at a global technology organisation.Responsibilities:
* Launch a new business related to AI and M&A
* Promote product development within the company
* Plan strategies for overall business growth and success
* Manage team members through one-on-one meetings and education sessions
* Continually seek thorough efficiency improvements that can be implemented globally
Requirements:
* Practical experience in M&A industry and client network
* Prior experience in launching new services and new businesses at consulting firms, VCs, etc.
* Previous start-up or hands-on reform experience
* Experience in formulating business strategy plans
