An international electrical manufacturing company is looking for a Sr. Quality Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Implement quality planning tools (FMEA, DVP&R, PCP, MSA, APQP, and PPAP)
* Prepare product development documentation as per customer requirements
* Oversee safe launch quality planning and execution
* Manage APQP and PPAP evidence submission
* Support technical representation and customer interface
* Handle product failure reporting and corrective action
* Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects
* Promote root cause problem solving using 8D methodology
* Facilitate learning cycles for local products and processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
* More than 11 years of professional experience
* Experience in product development lifecycle (development, launch, production, aftermarket, and warranty)
* Knowledge of product quality and customer satisfaction
* Understanding of solving problems systematically using industry-recognized methods
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability and willingness to relocate to China
* Proficient in reading, verbal, and written English
