An international electronic products manufacturer is looking for a Senior HR Operation Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop HR Ops team members
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll operations
* Implement efficiency improvements in payroll and benefits
* Meet compliance and regulatory requirements
* Review and update HR policies
* Manage internal communications and employee committees
* Coordinate with business partners
* Prepare for audits, both internal and external
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations
* More than 3 years of experience as a people manager
* Experience in managing global projects with global teams
* Understanding of payroll processing, related policies and, compliance requirements in Japan
* Familiarity with C&B policies and programs
* Native level Japanese; business level English
