・Demonstrate a deep understanding of PV business processes, metrics, and drivers, encompassing case processing, reporting, and signal detection.
・Act as a subject matter expert in day-to-day operations management across all H&MS areas, ensuring adherence to processes, timely resolution, and optimal quality, while adhering to MS processes and minimizing errors or duplicative efforts.
・Resolve L2 / L3 tickets related to Argus configuration issues (System/Business), Custom E2B profiles, configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports.
・Utilize working knowledge of SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code.
・Facilitate onshore and offshore collaboration for daily activities.
・Drive and manage problem root cause identification and resolution.
・Lead technical review, impact assessment, and risk assessment of all non-L1 change controls.
・Oversee the review, versioning, repository management, reusability, optimization, and training related to all code packages and technical solutions across various customers.

- 必須
-
・English + Japanese (Equivalent to JLPT N2): business-level, verbal and written.
・7-9 years of professional experience and robust real-time experience in Drug Safety Products from Oracle/Aris Global – Argus/ArisG.
・Experience in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Drug Safety Applications.
・Proficiency in writing SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code.
・Experience in handling Japan PV clients in roles such as lead/account manager/Project Manager.
・Bachelor’s degree+ (Btech./BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc) from a reputable Institute/University.
・7-9 years of related experience.
・Collaborative mindset, solid project management skills, and proficiency in client influencing and relationship building.
・Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to one's functional area.

・Experience in report development/design.
・Familiarity with configuring Aggregate and Periodic reports.
・Knowledge of regulatory guidelines from the FDA, EMA, and PMDA.
