• Assess business potential of product related biomarker / diagnostics under development or in-licensing project to contribute critical business decision.
• Develop business case of new biomarker and diagnostics in collaboration with relevant function, e.g., Clinical development, Regulatory, Medical affairs, Market access, Marketing tumor leads, Manufacturing, and global teams (biomarker and tumor team).
• Support to create new product sales forecast from biomarker standpoint in collaboration with Marketing tumor teams in line with global guidance.
• Collect latest market information on oncology business especially from biomarker viewpoint to develop competitive intelligence in cooperation with market research function.
• Interact with Oncology medical community/ society and diagnostic partners as the company’s oncology delegate to create relationship and contribute to improve strong reputation.
• Support Lead of Oncology New Product Planning to drive oncology portfolio strategies

• Experience in launch new product
• Knowledge and experience in biomarker business
• Strong Business analysis skill
• Deep understanding of brand planning process and methodology.
• Project management skill to work cross functionally
• Experience in communicating with global function
• Communication skill with external partners
• Skill of KOL negotiation and communicate with medical society
• Strong skill to develop business case including forecasting based on market research data and/or customer insight.
• English speaking/writing skills in business level
