As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are expanding our team and seeking a passionate and driven individual to join us as an Associate, Sustainability.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance indicators.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of proposals, sustainability strategies, initiatives, and action plans.
• Stay abreast of emerging sustainability issues, developments, and opportunities.
• Contribute to planning and execution of events.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including writing articles, blog posts, and white papers on sustainability topics.

※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, sustainability, business, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sustainability research, consulting, corporate social responsibility, or a related area preferred (fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
