A global e-Commerce organisation is searching to fill an HRBP position.Responsibilities:
* Conduct appropriate level of investigation and analysis against the challenges and issues of the targeted origination
* Manage various areas including headcount management, recruiting, organisation and talent development, leadership development, talent management
* Collaborate with the group HR and other stakeholders to achieve goals
* Communicate effectively with diversified stakeholders using logical and critical thinking
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of HRBP experience at global companies
* Prior In-house HR experience
* Previous HR related consulting or HR related development experience is ideal
* Experience to be involved in global HR policy design is a plus
* Native level English and Japanese
