An Assistant Director position is now available at a global automotive parts manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Organise and manage financial statements using SAP
* Oversee monthly closing and reporting to HQs
* Handle shareholders resolutions
* Manage tax return processes
* Oversee cash flow including payment approvals
* Conduct Internal Audits
* Plan and review company budget
* Handle all HR related issues including disciplinary actions
* Deal with all legal related issues including contract reviews
* Support Representative Director in solving various issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance (controller experience is ideal)
* More than 5 years of Managerial position with multiple subordinates
* More than 5 years of experience in Automotive business is ideal
* Basic knowledge of legal matters (incl. review of contracts)
* Prior experience in foreign automotive parts manufacturer is a plus
* Strong SAP skills of monthly closing & reporting (incl. year-end closing) is desired
* Business level English
