A Client Services Manager position is now available at a global banking company.Responsibilities:
* Oversee client service strategies aligning with regional and global directives
* Serve as a client service professional in global banking and commercial banking
* Guide staff to deliver top-notch service to high-value GPS clients
* Train staff to excel in servicing cash management clients
* Foster relationships between the Bank and top-tier GB/CMB clients
* Identify and seize business opportunities to expand GPS market share
* Lead strategic planning and marketing efforts to enhance GPS's visibility
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while managing risk effectively
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in banking including extensive customer servicing
* Practical experience in cash and liquidity management
* Prior experience in payments and cash management
* Knowledge of treasury management
* Understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
* Native level Japanese; business level verbal and written English
