An international financial services company is looking for a Commercial Manager.Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell product portfolio to current and potential customers
* Focus on growing existing key accounts while expanding customer base
* Foster and maintain strong customer relationship
* Prevent cancellations or downgrades and ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop value-added plans for enterprise-wide customers
* Contribute to regional sales and strategy goals
* Align with customer needs and company strategy
* Provide accurate monthly forecasting and reporting
* Update account plans and share market intelligence regularly
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of successful sales experience, including expanding mid-tier to larger regional or global enterprise customer accounts (commodity, financial information, or software technology sectors are ideal)
* Experience in consultative sales and negotiation
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
