A global machinery manufacturer is looking for a Head of Project Management.Responsibilities:
* Lead projects to achieve business goals, manage tasks, and solve problems
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business unit needs and optimise results
* Initiate projects based on headquarters' priorities
* Align with departments to implement key project items
* Manage budgets and assess risks to maximise results
* Advise GM on business strategies and competitiveness
* Identify changes in internal and external environments and provide advice
* Identify market opportunities and collaborate on strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or marketing is ideal
* More than 7 years of experience in a business management or executive position
* Experience in managing multiple teams and departments
* Prior experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives and operational projects
* Proven experience in data analysis and budget management
* Background in project management (ERP, omnichannel, sales channel program, etc.)
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in English
