Position: Product Marketing Lead - Advanced Surgery
The Product Marketing Lead in the company's Advanced Surgery business unit leads new product projects, assessing business cases, supporting R&D processes, developing brand strategies, and executing promotional programs, including alliance management. They improve and develop marketing skills within the team through strategic projects and tactical tasks. Additionally, they collaborate with internal functions and external partners on critical cross-functional projects, such as new product development and product quality/supply issues, and contribute to building a team culture based on trust and respect.

Job Summary:
● Lead new product projects, including business cases assessment, R&D processes support, brand strategy development, promotional program execution including alliance management.
● Improve / develop marketing skills as a team through both strategic projects and tactical tasks.
● Collaborate with relevant internal functions and external partner to execute critical cross-functional projects, including new product development, product quality/supply issues, etc.
● Contribute to build team culture on trust and respect for each other.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead new product assessments, launch preparation including R&D process supports, with establishing and tracking key milestones
● Manage malignance with business partner to support and growth businesses.
● Drive business to achieve annual sales & profit targets
● Develop annual brand strategy & promotional plan, forecast expected sales & profits, manage budget and execute marketing programs
● Support establishing sale organization and creating relationship with dealer
● Proactively making effort to improve marketing skills
● Develop and maintain team culture of mutual trust and collaboration

Education and Experience:
● Minimum 5 years’ experience as Product Manager in Medical Device company
● Experience with new product launch from R&D stage of Class IV devices
Preferable education and experience:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● MBA preferred
● Good knowledge of medical device related regulations and promotional practice
Essential Skills and Abilities:
● Passion for continuous self-development
● Strong logical reasoning and analysis skills
● Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills
● Advanced Business-level English required, TOEIC score 800+ preferred
● Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
