A global fashion design company is searching for an Omnichannel Customer Retention Sr. Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing customer loyalty
* Encourage repeat business through retention campaigns and programs
* Enhance the existing loyalty program and customer communications
* Lead initiatives aimed at prioritising the customer experience
* Spearhead the development and expansion of retention initiatives
* Conduct data analysis for client behaviour, trends, and retention strategies
* Assess the effectiveness of loyalty programs and retention campaigns
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 8 years of experience in marketing or retail business
* 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing and customer retention
* Prior project management experience
* Understanding of CRM, clientele tools, or marketing automation platforms (SFMC, CDP, Snowflake, LINE, etc.)
* Experience in multinational company is preferred
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; business level English is ideal
