A multinational personal care devices manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive business results encompassing sales, market share, and profit
* Execute commercial strategies to foster sustainable growth in Japan
* Create and deploy go-to-market plans for a competitive edge
* Enhance market performance and negotiate deals for optimal outcomes
* Lead, coach, and inspire sales and marketing teams for success
* Support supply chain operations and resolve customer issues
* Partner with management and finance for effective forecasting
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify opportunities
* Nurture relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience with B2B2C/consumer product industry
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
