An international travel agency is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Generate quality business opportunities and assess their potential for collaboration
* Identify and qualify partners through outbound prospecting and networking
* Implement lead generation strategies to grow the partner pipeline
* Negotiate agreements with potential partners aligned with business objectives
* Manage partnership lifecycle from contact to contract signing
* Develop and refine commercial models for partnership assessment
* Conduct market research to identify trends and potential collaborators
* Influence internal stakeholders to achieve common objectives
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of experience in business development or account management domain
* Experience in sales or business development or partner acquisition (travel industry is a plus)
* Prior experience in interacting with external senior level executives
* Excellent lead generation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Knowledge of the Internet and travel trends
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English
