A global biopharmaceutical firm is looking for an IT Technical Lead.Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest levels of user experience and satisfaction for all site-delivered services
* Manage expectations and enable colleagues to leverage services through communication, education, and awareness at the site level.
* Identify and execute opportunities to automate, consolidate, or rationalise IT service delivery at the site in agreement with service owners
* Collaborate with remote channels lead to develop and promote IT remote service channels, ensuring enriched content for local use on the site
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure technologies and services meet customer needs now and in the future
* Manage technology partners effectively under local agreements for world-class service, innovation, and continuous improvement in delivery
Requirements:
* Experience in standards, governed, or compliant environment
* Prior experience managing and delivering IT services within a sizable organisation
* Proven experience handling local vendors, contracts, renewals, and RFP activities
* Knowledge of various technologies/domains
* Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM Toolset or related is ideal
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
