An international software company is looking to fill a Senior Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Support direct reports in prospect and customer meetings
* Guide and develop the sales team, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, events, and culture
* Lead weekly forecast meetings and key deal reviews, coaching on closure strategies
* Use sales metrics to manage the team and individual AEs, reporting to senior management
* Innovate the sales model with product demos and automation, collaborating with other teams
* Refine the sales strategy, process, and tactics for enhanced performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a GTM strategy, involving marketing, advocacy, sales development, customer success, etc.
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in sales management
* Experience in software sales both direct and indirect
* Prior experience in SaaS, customer support, sales, or CRM
* Proven experience in Outbound sales
* Fluent level Japanese and English
