An international medical devices manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Contribute to overall business strategy development
* Offer financial analysis and guidance on various business aspects
* Support budget plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
* Handle accounting actions in compliance with GAAP and company practices
* Supervise purchase-to-pay cycle with internal control adherence
* Manage order-to-cash cycle, including billing and cash application
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in the management role of finance in global companies operating in Japan
* Understanding of finance, accounting, and tax
* Background with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDE)
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Experience in a start-up or med-tech industry is a plus
* Business level spoken and written English
