An international healthcare company is looking to fill a Senior Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Oversee comprehensive performance assessment of assigned direct reports
* Handle key management and mitigation of performance concerns
* Assess performance metrics for assigned employees within clinical operations
* Determine training requirements and support the facilitation of training initiatives
* Coordinate management strategies, policies, and processes
* Establish and manage relationships with key team
Requirements:
* More than 15 years of experience in clinical operations (monitoring and project management)
* Experience in people management as a line manager
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Business level verbal and written English; proficient in Japanese
