A multinational beverage manufacturer is looking to fill a Head of EC position.Responsibilities:
* Foster win-win relationships with key clients for business growth
* Improve product appeal for online shoppers with enriched content
* Create and optimise eCommerce-focused ad and promo strategies
* Monitor PR commercial performance, market share, and ad/promo
* Partner with the Global E-C Community to leverage HQ expertise and tools
* Lead the setup and improvement of business usability and performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of work experience
* 4-5 years of EC leadership experience in marketplace (Amazon, Rakuten, Lohaco, etc.) for Consumer Goods
* Practical experience for E-C advertising, promotion, and performance tracking
* Experience in managing marketing or digital or E-Com team
* Prior people management experience
* Proficient in data and tools (Analytics, Profitero, Nint, etc.)
* Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
