An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Business Development professional.Responsibilities:
* Drive growth in the obesity business by discovering new opportunities, establishing relationships, and developing plans
* Analyse and communicate business growth areas with a short or mid-term strategic focus
* Influence key decision-makers to develop obesity services, emphasizing the value of the obesity portfolio
* Lead the development and drive patient pull-through for Diagnosis and Treatment pillars in the patient journey
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or relevant domain (master's degree in business is ideal)
* More than 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare, consumer goods, or regulated industry business development or partnering experience
* Experience managing healthcare professionals, patients, and the public
* Familiarity with contracts and contract negotiations
* Understanding of the local healthcare system and experience in alliance management are a plus
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
