An international chemical company is looking to fill a Strategic Account Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Lead and guide sales team for profitable growth
* Shape growth strategies for key collision repair centers
* Share critical info with local leadership teams
* Create and negotiate sales contracts with stakeholders
* Build relationships and industry trust
* Collaborate on strategic business plans for customer retention and expansion
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, communication, marketing, or a relevant domain (master's degree is a plus)
* More than 8 years of experience in marketing and sales
* Knowledge of value solution selling practices
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Experience in the automotive market is ideal
* Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
