An international biopharmaceutical company is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead financial partnership for commercial and tech ops teams
* Manage annual budgeting and revenue planning
* Analyse spending for strategic investments
* Identify and address opportunities and risks in forecasts
* Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards
* Support purchase requisitions and invoice processes
* Collaborate on COGS and process improvement projects
* Ensure timely book closing and accruals for functional areas
* Assist in major contract review and analysis
* Support Accounting and Audit teams for compliance initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant domain (MBA is ideal)
* 7-10 years of experience in finance
* Experience in handling commercial and technical operations-relevant functions
* Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology is preferred
* Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
