A multinational biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Brand Manager.Responsibilities:
* Formulate marketing strategies with various stakeholders to (Effort item for G15, essential for G16)
* Prepare for the launch of new products or indications with the brand team
* Devise, execute, and oversee top-notch marketing programs utilising digital technology
* Achieve short-term and long-term market share growth and increased product sales
* Cultivate and sustain relationships with KOLs, and other stakeholders to execute strategy
* Identify fresh opportunities and innovative approaches to better fulfil customer needs
* Assist in overseeing product portfolios and implementing product life cycle plans
* Manage the promotional budget in coordination with the senior brand manager
* Facilitate the implementation of commercial and medical programs for the products
* Communicate brand strategy to the sales force to ensure flawless implementation
* Participate in global and Intercontinental regional conferences and congresses
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of marketing experience in pharma industry (sales, specialty product, Neuroscience, and new product/indication launch experience is ideal)
* Knowledge of digital technology
* Ability to work in matrix or cross-functional environment
* Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1); advanced level written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
