An international automotive parts manufacturer is searching for a Technical Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify OE customers' tech needs and drive requests through the network
* Serve as the link between customers and internal technical teams
* Lead global TAM activities and manage technical relationships
* Clearly convey tech and product details to customers and internally
* Secure agreements between internal and external parties
* Coordinate activities for timely resolution of customer engineering needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Chemistry, or Electrochemistry
* 3-8 years of related industry experience
* Practical experience of Product Engineering, Development and Launch process, or Quality in battery industry is ideal
* Prior experience at an automotive Tier 1 supplier or OE automaker is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level verbal and written Japanese; business level verbal and written English
