A global renewable energy firm is looking for an Assistant Manager.Responsibilities:
* Formulate sales revenue or opex budgets, sales and marketing strategies, and forecasts for BOS
* Execute business strategies and initiatives for sales channel management and consolidation
* Oversee project management and execution, coordinating with other departments to achieve revenue, market share, margin, and performance goals
* Develop sales literature to promote inverters and energy storage systems for C&I and residential channels
* Guide and develop staff to meet organisational goals and objectives
* Serve as the main guide for the section to assist in strategy and coaching of staff to effectively use time and effort
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA is ideal)
* More than 10 years of sales experience (renewable energy business domain is ideal)
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business level written and spoken English is a plus
