• Recruitment using direct sourcing tools (recruitment, consulting, etc.)
• Creating a talent pool system and recruiting activities using the talent pool

[Required experience/skills]
• Over 2 years of full-cycle mid-career recruitment experience at a business company, etc. (40 per person hired per year)
• Operation of direct sourcing (BizReach, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Japanese: Correspondence via email and phone (with foreign employees, foreign representatives from recruitment companies, and candidates), communication is required)

• From JD creation to recruitment strategy and implementation, analysis and review work: -Preferably have experience or knowledge of recruitment in the real estate service industry
