募集背景: Due to company expansion, we are looking for a senior implementation consultant who will serve as both PM & functional design lead in implementations, while working closely with key stakeholders.

This role requires coordination with cross-functional client representatives (controllership, finance, tax, treasury, etc) and partners.

仕事内容: Leading Implementations:

Manage diverse projects independently.
Lead multiple engagements concurrently.
Drive discovery, design, and deployment of transformation projects.
Regularly communicate with clients and partners.
Provide oversight and coaching to team members.

Solutioning and Client Support:
Maintain client relationships and ensure expectations are met.
Assist in driving client solution roadmap.
Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clients.
Support client-facing activities and provide guidance.

Internal Enablement and Support:
Support development of strategic product playbook and internal processes.
Collaborate on asset development to promote products.
Train and mentor employees.

Hands-on Approach:
Engage directly to ensure client success.

応募資格

必須: • Consultant background in process improvement
• Manage large transformational projects
• Engage with Finance functions
• Understanding of financial principles and standards
• Proficient in consolidation software and SAP
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with global time differences
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• Fluent in multiple languages (Japanese, English)
• Travel required (domestic/international)
